I paid bribe to get the passport

We were out of town when our (my wife's and my) passport arrived at the correspondence address. Postman denied to give the passport to my father. Next day I had to pay bribe of Rs 500/- per passport to postman to get the passport as he was **********bent to send the passport to Regional passport office mentioning the address was not valid. To our surprise police verfication was completed successfully without any bribe.
