I paid bribe new LPG connection

I had approached from S.E.RLY.EMP.COPERATIVE STORES LTD Indane distributors Station road opp Rly club on 01-04-2016. I am asked new LPG connection cost from the cashier in the chair . He told me 7000 Rs for new connection I am shoked . What accesories give you for 7000 Rs. He told me only double cylinder, Regulator, LPG hose, total 7000 Rs I am asking my friend taken 4500 Rs only . He said different placeses cost different you liked the cost take away otherwise live it. But I am very needfull for new LPG connection. I was paid 7000 Rs and take new connection.
