Dear sir i am from a village near tirupathi.4 yrs back i have applied for scholorship . it needs income certificate . so i went to my village VRO for his sign on my request letter for income certificate . he demanded 1500 bribe . later i convinced him to pay 700 and then only he signed on my doccument.
