I paid bribe to sub registeration office

Today morning about 10:30 am for encumbrance certificate i paid a bribe. he gave me a bill of rs. 141 and I gave a rs.200 and he didn't give me a balance and he smiled at me and I stared at him and he finally told me to get off . this stupid government doesn't care about anything.
