I was forced to pay bribe at Sub-Registrar office, Banashankari Bangalore

I bought a property and got registered at Banashankari Sub-Registrar office Bangalore on 30th Dec 2016. Inspite of paying huge amount of stamp duty and registration charges, the officers insisted & forced me to pay the bribe at Computer entry section, documents verification section and registered deed delivery section. I wanted to get my registration done without bribe but was helpless. I don't think our democracy can survive without corruption. Now after the registration to get the Encrumbance Certificate I need to pay something. I believe a Lokayukta Helpdesk should be placed at every Govt. dept of the state. Govt should make a provision to claim back the bribe paid by the citizen whenever we file our income tax return for our hard earned money.
