Some body wants to deal business in soft drinks he dont know the rules and regulations of vat act when he was approched to department through a person he had paid Rs 6000 for getting registration.this is the common thing in this department.if u had no license no problem if u want license and u want to pay ur tax liability u have to spend not less than 6000 for getting registration.
