On 24NOV2019 at 11:00 am on my way back to Stockholm with the flight AI167 I had an incident with a person who was staying at the business class registration entrance.
Having seen the big raw of people who are checking-in their baggage in economy class, I asked this guy if I should also stay in the same long queue or I can check in with only 1 hand bag at the business class counter with less people staying in line. He happily invited me to proceed and get checked-in. Also, he mentioned with a quiet voice that this is not for free. I actually thought that he mentioned the fee for this service and prepared for him 500 INR. He took money and asked a guy over counter to check me in. In the attached file I forward you my boarding ticket printed out on the "business class" template which they had not supposed to do, actually.
Then he kindly followed me on the way towards passport and security check. We spoke nicely about general things and in the middle of conversation he told me that I gave him very small amount of money. I asked how much does he want. He answered, 5 notes by 500 INR. Also, he added that if I will not give him this amount, he will report the fact of bribing to airports security and I will go to prison instead of going home. I did not have any chose except to giving him outstanding 2000 INR. I was really shocked with his attitude and was not able to resist too much.
Cameras at terminal 3 recorded the first episode at the counter, the second at the pass control line. It should be clearly visible on the recordings. Money I took away form my pocket and give to him 2 times.
