Issuance of marriage certificate

• Paid INR 2,500

I paid bribe of rupees 2500 in sub registrar office.
I had applied for the marriage certificate and wanted the process to be done smoothly.
The concerned person demanded bribe. I had to pay the bribe else they would have rejected the application and made me run around to other offices to apply for marriage certificate
