I built my house recently and had a pay bribe starting from insulating the electrice pipes in front to my house to get the new connection. The JEE acts middlemen here to get all the money and disbrute it with all others. He is the one of the culprit who would send lines man on the mission to target all new houses and cause multiple problems which people are tend to bribe.
