With the kind of illegal property transactions you hear every now and then small property owners always feel insecure hence, Khata is believed to be a document which can give you some peace of mind.
There is no defined process and fee details and there are these employees who can help you but at a cost called bribe, which is non-negotiable. I can still get it done without bribe, but remember I need to skip office, God knows how many rounds I need to make around them and how many days it will take.
