If you have 3 forms to fill then its 300 in addition to the official bribe of 10,000 before the transfer initiated and 10,000 after the Khatha transferred from builder's name to your name. After 3 weeks that I paid 10,000 I got a call to collect the papers and bring the final payment. When I went there the officer in charge was not in his seat. But, I got a phone call to see the next seat. and its very much ok to pay the money to this new man. He promptly handed over my papers and took the bribe amount. It looked like they have a very good communication. I also observed another flat owner asking this man to come out to collect the bribe. The officer responded ' no need Sir, you can give it here itself. Its no secret. Every one in this office knew about it.'
