I am from White Field Bangalore, recently purchased a 30X40 land and registration costed my 1.10 lakhs and bribe 30000. They institutionalized bribe in such a way, i bargained and failed to reduce even 100 ruppees. Imagine, for one registration 30000 in one area in a city like bangalore.
Imagine per day registrations in white field office as 50
that means 50X30000 = 15,00,000 i,e 15 Lakhs per day in White Field alone.
I talked to that broker and got to know that local MLA, councelor and other heads of department are all involved in this bribe scam
