There is a compulsory bribe for the magistrate to sigh in the sale property papers in Goa. Everyone who buys or sale their property pays the bribe. I did that to buy my plot of land and than to sale the same land I paid bribe. People take it as if it has to be like this. What a shame? All over goa the bribery is rampant. You can do nothing without bribe.
