Long hassle for passport

After a month of marriage my husband left for usa. But i couldnt because my passport application was not getting approved just because there was no address proof that can stat i live at my husbands house. I went to district collector he give me certificate after three visit and some bribe. Even that was denied. Then i got certificate from some higher officer in four visit and obviously by giving bribe. Even that was denied by passport officer. Then i went to jaipur and paid 10k . And after 10 days i received my passport. After a long 4 month and 6 visit to jodhpur i finally received passport by giving bribe. No option left. I was having all document even than i was forced to pay bribe
