Manul katha -i gave -3000 bribe

• New Khata Certificate
• Paid INR 2,700

I wanted katha certificate from BBMP, nagarbhavi BDA, they asked me to give Rs 3000 and finally he excepted for 2700 and got the same in one day, actual cost is only 700 for katha certifcate and EC
as this is not in system they need to do it manual and hence he has changed me 2.7K.
if i do not get this done, bank needs this papers to process loan.
