I am NRI who is living abroad from last 15years i have never ever paid a single dollar as bribe to any person or department in australia to get the things done........every one do there work and duty............with complete dignity....after all we pay tax .....from our tax they get paid salary.......but in india i have to pay bribe to get my DRIVING LICENCE from ashok vihar athority, paid bribe to submit my passport form, paid bribe to get a police clearence for the passport, paid bribe to get every thing done..........you pay bribe when u were born ..........you have to pay bribe to get birth certificate to death certificate every thing have get done without bribe..........i paid 8000 rs in khanjawala SDM office to get marriage certificate............even after paying bribe..........the guy who was suppose to give me the printout of marriage certifacte was not in mood to print.........told me come next day...........so i paid another 2000 rs to get a prinout on same day..................all things were done in a day......................i wasted my 5days when i try to get marriage without paying a bribe............but at the i did not have choice so i decided to pay bribe to get the things done rather than waste my time and energy...............
