Hi i am manish , got married on July 11 th 2013. So to apply for a marriage certificate in Triplicane, i went with father, elders and my wife. As they find that , they cant get any money from me , they gave the reason that printer is not working , go to other office what ever it is ..
I cant understand , what exactly they meant, i had all the respective proof and documents in my hand,.
So again i came next day , Registar was not available. Again on another day, myself and my wife went to apply again.
So i was alone with my wife. So they accepted all the application and every thing. Registar has called and asked the fees 2500 un receipted .
I asked for the receipt, they just said this is for all the staff some thing , i was really pissed of .
and when i came out the clark asked 200 rs some thing , saying i will make it fast , or it will take 2 weeks .
No problem i gave i had. My problem is others . As i feel , those who give Bribe is to be penalised.
As some one like me would have started this and its continuing.
But i had no other way as i was travelling out of country.
Pls help and save Our Country from this corrupt Officials.
