Hi , I along with my wife , parents and inlaws approached Akkayapalem Registration Office and we have carried required documents (********** of Birth Certificates , Marriage invitation , Marriage pics , resident certificates ).I was forced to pay BRIBE of rupees 450 to the attender who issues the STAMP on the application forms after the signature of the SUB -REGISTER . The government mentioned fee for issuing marriage certificate is 20 rs i believe !
