Marriage registration a big pain

• Marriage Certificate
• Paid INR 15,000

We have to register our marriage to get VISA and fly abroad and the time was less. Registrar came up with all type of stupid things for not providing certificate. He asked to provide address proof for Mumbai, or a Ration card and blah blah ..then finally told that the cost is 15k to get it done in a day.
