Necessary bribe in parcel office

I needed to send my bike from raipur to nasik road. The parcel office of raipur has a "VYAPARI KAKSH" that sits a "SETH'. this ********** demanded rs 200 for loading and rs 200 for packing my bike, apart from the rs 350 i gave to railway for transport. the bill i received did mention the 350 but not the extra 400 i gave to the "seth". please do what is needed if you can.
