I was just trying to get my moms birth certificate for passport purpose, i applies, i visited the concern office nearby 15 times, but there were wonderful excuse and one day the concern department in charge lady ask for **********. the place was too much away (55 km) from my place, so gave Rs. 100/- but she refuses and ask for Rs.1500/- and its settle down on Rs. 500/-.
i got the copy within a minute as it is already signed.
