Good Morning,
I was enrolled in a Post Graduate ********** in Greater Noida, there are certain requirements as per the ********** rules one amongst them was to have a Passport, I applied for the Passport then the Passport office referred me to the Police Department / CBI. After a month ago I got a call from my house that there is an enqiry regarding the Passport but that time I was taking my classes in the ********** then the official said I can refer this passport to the U.P. authorities, my Dad replies NO to this and he said OK then he asked my Dad that when I'll be able to come then my Dad said on Sunday i.e. 12th July 2009, now that particular day that official called us at Dwarka and said to give him an amount of Rs. 2,500 /-.
My dad said this is a huge amount, then after a conversation of around 45 minutes onto how much to bribe him we settled on giving him Rs. 600 /-. He said now the Passport will come in another 1 month and this is what happened.
I / We do not want to pay bribe but under some circumstances we have to give them that amount.
