No bribe no electricity connection

Last year I was applying a new electricity connection for my new house, before it built. But they took no action on my application though already 5 months passes. When I go to their office regularly and force them to provide me for a new connection in Gandhian style. They are going to cancel my application. at last I paid Rs. 500 as bribe. Then with in 2 day all my obstacle disappears and I got a new connection
