No Society Gets Registration No. Without Payment of the Bribe in Jharkhand

I had to pay Rs. 5000/- for getting my Society Registered under Society Registration Act. The officer/Clerk said you pay the Bribe or I will see to it that you file is dumped for years. I had no option but to pay the Bribe. This is how corruption starts at the start of the organisation.
