Officer keep opening Drawer for bribe of 2000, 10000 K

- Paid INR 4,000
I had to pay bribe at XXXX. I went there to take certified copy of Flat agreement. officer who signed that copy asked for 2000K . Charges for certified copy are Rs 20 per page, agreement me was of total 28 pages. But for that i had to pay 2000K to main officer and 1000 each to assistants . Time of the incident 4pm 12july 2018.
