Offices are opening demanding Bribe in Sub-Registrar office Bangalore

• Paid INR 3,000

I Have been allowted a BDA flat in Bangalore; when I went to register this flat in my name;
The 3 of officers in the sub-registrar office(Besides BDA head office, Bangalore) asked me to pay bribe of 1000rs each and when i asked why ? they told if you want us to sign the sale deed after verifying, otherwise we would reject your deed.
