When I enquired for a B-khata at BBMP office, Bellandur; I was asked 4000 rupees and finally agreed at 3500 rs with the justification that was provided to me for 3500 rs is that; each officer working in BBMP office, Bellandur must pocket rs 500 per khata certificate.
