Paid bribe for address change

• Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs
• Change of Address on Ration Card
• Paid INR 3,000

We are native of Maharashtra as my father is working in Maharashtra electricity board and he got transfer to Tamil nadu board. When we went to change our ration card (provision card) they asked so many certificates which we can’t provide that time for that they ask a bribe of 3000rs to change our address in ration card.
