Paid the Bribe to the broker to get the certificate

The government of Andhra pradesh has introduced The Fee Reimbursement scheme for all the Economical Backward classes.
Though i submitted the essential documents and proofs,one of the broker in that Municipal office asked me the amount,so that i will get my certificate in just 3 days otherwise my application will be rejected sooner or later.
