Paid bribe for changing of name in property tax register

In the local office of Municipal Corporation Bhopal I paid 300/- bribe for registering my name on property tax register. My flat is previously registered on other name, from which person I am buy the flat. Municipal Corp., Bhopal employee give me receipt of about 1700/- and exclude that get 2200/- from me..so I paid 500/- bribe.
