Paid bribe for construction permission

• Building Construction Approval
• Paid INR 1,50,000

I am form Mamidipally, Nizamabad District-

Members of Mamidipally grampanchayat including all ward members demanded 150000( one lakh Fifty thousand ) for permission to construct.

They dont even aknowledge the applications, so that there wont be any proof of submissions

Raghu sir please help us know what to do i these type of situations
