Paid a bribe for a electricity bill which was close to Rs28,000. my flat was vacant and was not used ofr over 14 months but received a bill for over 28000. After meeting the office, manager and his senior, while moving from pillar to post and back. I had no choice but to givein and get the matter cleared else be penalised with either a higher bill or the electricity line being cut off all together
