Recently government has made 7/12 and other documents online. There are some mistakes in it . So it needed to be checked with original book kept at Talathi office . Talathi is absent most of the times, so there is a local person who does work of Talathi. I asked to check my 7/12 extract, he asked me 50 rupees for that. I had to pay as there was no any other way. He asks money for any work related to Talathi office.
