I was travelling from gujarat to pune by my personal car and was carrying used vessels and clothes for personal use. I came to India after three years and hence was carrying these items. I was stopped on route from Mumbai to pune and was told that I am carrying goods and not allowed for the same. Even after showing papers was threatened to confiscate car. Finally paid bribe when officer created some challan with charges which a common man cannot understand.
