Paid a bribe to get my bike released from Varanasi Cantt

Ah mah goodness... these days I am ********** off with the working of Indian babus....It feels nothing can be done against them. The day before yesterday I sent a bike from Dhanbad station to Varanasi Station by paying an additional bribe of Rs. 250, which was scheduled to be delivered by 5/7/2012, unluckily due to the carelessness of persons at Varanasi station, it could not be unloaded. I was assured to get the same on the immediate next day.
Today when approached to the Parcel office, mah bad started and now they demanded Rs. 250 again for releasing the motor-bike. It feels shame to have witnessed these style of working amongst Indian.
Can we do something against them???? ......
