My birth was not recorded in birth and death records. It is a mandatory document for passport. I tried through legal system but no action has been taken. After all efforts I got my birth certificate when I paid Rs. 3000 to the pean of SDM Loharu.

But I think there is no solution other than bribe. Atleast kaam to ho jata h.
