My electricity meter reading suddenly began running very high and i was getting astronomical bills. I made a complaint to BSES. The person they sent said that in fact the meter is running slow and he is going to give a report saying the same. I had to pay him a bribe of 7500 as I could barely afford the current bill and he was threatening even higher bills.
