Paid bribe for getting my b khata in whitefield bbmp office

I recently purchased a site in whitefield and when i approached to local BBMP office which is the authority for issue/transfer of B khata to my name, LDC asked me to pay 3000. even after paying the same i went around him for about 2 weeks to get in my hands.
