I was in the marriage registration office with 3 witnesses. We were supposed to register a marriage and get get the marriage certificate. There was a long waiting time. Our broker was in touch with the government officer and helped expedite the process. The officer asked for 300 rupees but finally agreed for 200/- once the marriage certificate was handed over.
