Hi,

Last month I bought a home in Kharar. After registration of the home. I went to patwari for Jamabandi. He asked me for 2000 Rs as bribe. He clearly told me he will not do anything without 2000 Rs. After some days I have to transfer that Jamabandi to Indian Overseas Bank. So I deposit the fee to Tehsil. and again went to Patwari. He was not there but his assistant again demanded for bribe. I told him I am not going to pay anything. He told me they will not do anything without 500 Rs.

I again have to pay 500 Rs. In second time I also recorded the voice of that assistant. Please take some action to stop this nonsense.
