I had been trying to get family pension processed for past three months, however everything was in the hands of one officer who has been giving me repeated run around. I saw the person blatantly asking for bribes , however I thought that I won't give. I had to relent and the bribe was paid on 13 May 2015 around noon time with the promise that the paperwork would be processed. The name of the babu is Arvind Raizada, room 6 , Kanpur Treasury.
