Paid Bribe to register the property

I have paid Rs 25,000 to the registrar of Whitefield to register my property. It was my first experience of bribing and was painful to pay hard earn (earned after paying all taxes to govt) money for no reason. I do not thin any where in bangalore a registration is happening with out paying bribe
