I was asked to pay the bribe as I pay the registration charges by my document writer. Infact I was shocked to know that they are charging bribe - a fixed percentage of the registration amount. There is no bargain business, you have to pay the bribe for the registration to be done. What a pathetic situation..... Oh god what will be the fate of my country.
