Paid a Bribe of Rs.6000 for processing the Kids passport

I filed the required documents for obtaining passport for my minor son in Nov 2010. I haven't heard anything from the passport office until Feb 2011 though their SLA is that they will provide the passport with in 30 days of filing. Hence paid a bribe of rs. 6000 for speed processing. The agent told me that I will be getting the passport by end of apr 11.
