Paid bribe towards site registration purpose

• Paid INR 5,000

I along with my relatives registered site at Sub-Registrar Office,Yanam, where we were asked rs.9000/- as bribe eventhough every thing is in order.settled for rs.5000/- and we paid it. The people of Sub-registrar office, yanam feel that taking bribe is as their birth right.
