Paid for not showing pollution certificate for two wheeler

I am from chennai i came to Raipur AIIMS for my father's cardio treatment he was discharged on monday . Today i again went to bring some medicine at the time of return traffic police caught me . I show him all my documents my original driving license , RC book , insurance and my father medical bill and all the medicine. And i informed him that i forgot to take pollution certificate and i apologized for that because its my neighbor bike . still he Asked me Rs 100 and he didn't provide me any bill . I record that incident in my mobile i can send you that video too. Kindly take some action
