I shifted to a rented house which was vacant for 5 years and the meter had been disconnected. I ran all around to get the connection back for more than 3 weeks. The guys at electricity department asked me a thousand formalities. Then I paid Rs 5000 to the line man and UNBELIEVABLE !!! the connection was restored in 5 hours. They even did all the paper work themselves.The appartment was ********** Southend, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. Somebody guess the line man :))
