I am Raghava Chndra, You can see spelling mistake in my name, but it is not, this small mistake happened in my 10th certificate. As a result of this, I prone to change my name in all documents right from birth certificate, ration card, driving license etc many more which I need to produce particularly during tatkal application of my passport. Having potential to excel I never made a mark in my education, all I was depend on the donation by my father( My father is a just a small farmer). There are few opportunities for Bpharm grad in this country, want to see my family to have sustainable future. I decided to leave this country to tap Forex advantage. To achieve this I went through lots of frustration and struggle. I commuted to and fro from Vizag to Coimabatore many times. Each document has one bribe story, without passport I cannot write exams nor even apply to US universities, deadlines to fall intake are fast approaching I lost opportunities to apply for many good universities in this journey. Finally I went to passport office in Hyderabad, with all genuine documents, except ration card which is difficult to produce new one with name changed, but what I did was I got gazetted signature from mandal revenue officer on the genuine ration card, striking off alphabet A in chAndra. Unfortunately issuing officer didn't accept my document. Being single child to my parents, already wasted one year, spent a lakh for expenses (commuting, coaching, applying etc). The only thing that is pulling me behind is this passport and time, So I approached broker who said I can do this work for 8000 INR. Finally get work done . Got my VISA doing Masters in Biotech, Northeastern University, Boston, MA. That is my Passport bribery story (collections of multitude bribes), hope this will be my last bribe.
