Paid money to my builder

• Electricity and Power Supply
• New Connection for Houses
• Paid INR 30,000

When I purchased a flat in Chennai, I paid some money to the builder to get Water, electricity,etc etc... I believe the builder charged Hugh money from me to pay the bribe for getting these facilities to my flat..
