Did Aadhaar registration for my daughter with the below agent:

Hirkani Housing Society Shinde Nagar, Hirkani Housing Society Shinde Nagar, Old Sangvi Pune, Old Sangvi Pune
Pune City, Pune, Maharashtra - 411027

I was not told that it is chargeable upfront. Once we are done he said Rs.100 to be paid and no receipt was also given.
